HAIR REMOVAL
LEONARDO HYPER PULSE
HYPER-PULSE PURPLELIGHT
Discover the latest innovation in permanent hair reduction. HYPERPULSE BST with One-Glide technology: Faster effective hair removal than ever before. With One-Glide technology, the handpiece is moved over the treatment area only once. This uses fast pulse repetition rates and enormously high energy densities to heat the target structures of the hair follicles to the required temperature.
Compared to previously used treatment methods, such as stamping the treatment area with single pulses or moving the handpiece back and forth over a limited area several times, HYPERPULSE BST offers clear advantages in terms of application comfort and treatment speed.
The device uses the innovative ALT (Accumulative Light Torrent), the latest advanced light emission technology – an advanced light beam which delivers five powerful light pulses in one second. This technology enables to provide a range of different aesthetic treatments in a much safer way: removal of unwanted hair, skin tightening, skin revitalization, skin rejuvenation and lifting, anti-aging, skin lightening, toenail fungus.
SPEED AND EFFICIENCY
- One-Glide Technology: the handpiece glides over the skin only once
- Very efficient and effective even on brighter hair
- Works gently and safely on the skin
- Almost painless treatment
- Suitable for continuous use
- Highest treatment speed
On average, complete skin coverage of a full body treatement can take around 18 minutes and is virtually pain-free.
THE MAIN ADVANTAGE
Treatments are painless thanks to a patented contact anaesthetic system. The surface of the treatment field is 100% cooled as the high energies penetrate the skin. Even with continuous energy emitting operation, the head does not heat up. Thanks to this solution, our patients can be treated with technology 5 times stronger without any discomfort. The treatments are safe and non-invasive.

We perform 6-10 treatments, each 3-4 weeks apart.
Please follow the advice for the best possible result and comfort of the treatment:
- Please do not expose your skin to excessive sun/solarium at least one week before and after the treatment.
- Sauna or any other active skin treatment first one day after the procedure.
- Please shave the area to be treated approximately 8-12 hours before the treatment.
- The hair may be removed with a hair removal cream 8-12 hours before the treatment, as long as it does
not cause any irritation. - Please do not pluck the hair in any way (wax, depilation, etc.) about 6-8 weeks before the treatment.
- No saunas or steam baths for 48 hours.
- Do not scrub for 7 days.
- Give the skin a rest for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, you can use creams, lotions, oils, deodorant, and make-up.
- You may shave (or cut) the treated area whenever necessary. Waxing, or plucking the treated area is prohibited, as we need part of the hair to guide the laser.
- It is wise to stay out of the sun for at least 10 days after the treatment and not to use the sunbed. In case of unavoidable exposure to the sun’s rays, use sunscreen with a protection factor of SPF 50 (sunblock). You can also do what you usually do.
- It should also be considered that hormone changes (pregnancy, contraceptive change, menopause) can cause new hair to develop.
The laser treatment permanently damages hair follicles, and hair can no longer grow out of it. It is worth mentioning that new hair follicles can arise over time. This is a natural process and cannot be prevented. To maintain the result, it is, therefore, advisable to schedule a treatment session every one to two years to address these new hair follicles. Lasers cannot target white, gray, or fuzzy hair, and most people have multiple hair colors. Laser technology provides 85% – 90% permanent reduction in hair growth after 6-8 treatments. We cannot promise 100٪ permanent hair removal, and no clinic could.
It should also be considered that hormone changes (pregnancy, contraceptive change, menopause) can cause new hair to develop.
- When using antibiotics, medicines, or homeopathic remedies in the past 6 weeks, always consult your doctor about whether laser hair removal suits you.
- You should shave and/or trim the area to be treated 24 hours before treatment.
- You should not epilate, wax, or use a hair removal cream for at least 6 weeks before the treatment. This can damage the hair follicles, making the treatment ineffective;
- You should free the area to be treated from make-up, perfumes, deodorant, sunblock, essential oils, or other skin lotions. Colored fabrics absorb light. This also applies to self-tanning products or spray tanning. If this is not feasible, the practitioner can remove it for you;
- Please do not use the sunbed for 10 days before the treatment.
- Piercings must be removed on the treated areas.
You must shave the surface to be treated 24 hours before the treatment. During the laser session, a cold spray is applied to the area to be treated. The handpiece is placed on the skin, and the laser pulses begin. The hair falls out within about two weeks after the treatment.
It should also be considered that hormone changes (pregnancy, contraceptive change, menopause) can cause new hair to develop.
The Hyperpulse laser only targets hairs that are in the active growth phase. Because not all hairs are in the active growth phase simultaneously, you cannot effectively remove all hairs with one treatment. An optimal result can, therefore, only be achieved with multiple treatments. On average, between 6 and 10 treatments are required. This differs per person and depends on skin and hair type.
